15 hours, Seattle to Seoul to Hanoi
Of all the things that could irritate or stress me the idea of a trans-Pacific flight for 15 hours in a giant cylinder made me want to pull my hair out. To make matters worse, why – despite all the modern amenities and comforts – do airplanes have to be so hot and stuffy?
I enjoyed the in-flight entertainment system. I REALLY enjoyed watching a tiny blinking airplane representing our plane plot its course across the on-screen map – really… It was like slow torture. 8 hrs. 11 mins. until touch-down. 8 hrs. 10 mins. 8 hrs. 9 mins. Kill. Me. Now. Each time the pilot would give the plane a little more throttle causing the MPH readout to increase, the more I wished that the throttle continued to push the plane supersonic. Sadly, our cruising speed remained steady.

Wicked post and some really nice pictures! I was literally in Nha Trang at the very same time, even on Vinapearl island… did you go in the water park? And the sailing club?
Anyway keep it up and thought you might want to have a look at my travel blog, got some nice features like a geo-tagged picture map etc that’s all fed from a nokia n95 and WiFi, let me know what you think…
Come to Malaysia. You won’t be disappointed.
Awesome, I like your photos.
Will you come Vietnam again?
You’re a certified travel bug, I see. Travelling truly broaden ones horizons. I’ve been to Folsom and had a fun adventure!
