Just a point, but as far as I know, BusyMac does not have any options for Contacts sync, unfortunately. I do like BusyCal, though.

I've found a very simple solution for my syncing purposes. Don't have to pay anything, it's a freeware called SyncMate. It performs very well and worth trying.

Ian – I just noticed the same issue. My Google contacts are no longer syncing and I have lost the “Syn with Google” line in my pref window. Did Apple break Google Contact Sync with 10.5.7?

Derek,

Address Book isn’t showing ‘Sync with Google’ in my preferences box. I’ve got the option to sync with MobileMe, Exchange, and Yahoo!… but not Google. I’ve run the auto-updater and everything seems to be up to date. OS 10.5.7.

Any ideas why I’m running up against this problem?

I'm still voting for Spanning Sync, reviewed here. Even with all the new stuff Google has done, I still like the way SS works (for very little money). And they have improved their product every month - so I like them for the long haul too.Excellent customer support and communication as well!

Caldev does not sync multiple calenders to iphone or ppc. So that sync is not useful.

I’ve been using Spanning Sync for a while. They’re really great about updating it. Plus, with their Save $5, Make $5 deal, you pretty much pay for the service once you refer a few friends.

I’ve been very happy with their sync so far. OTA sync is important, so I’m currently researching OTA options for my iPhone.

I hate Google Contacts interface, though, so I’ve also been looking at apps like BatchBook. Not sure which way I’m headed.
